We have joined forces with REFORM Rehab & Exercise Physiology to continue providing up to date information and creating exercise videos for stroke survivors, targeting specific regions of the body, affected by stroke.

All the information and videos created are FREE, in an attempt to raise awareness of stroke, what can be done to reduce the risk of stroke, as well as showcasing the types of rehab available, and sharing individual journeys.
